Your company name, the names and e-mail addresses of the people you add as users, and the business records you enter into the Service (customer and vendor accounts, memos, payments, gold entries). Payment card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us; we see only whether the subscription is paid.
To run the Service for your company, to support you, to bill you, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell data and we do not use your business records for anything but your own Service. We may look at your data to help you when you ask us to, or to fix a fault.
On servers we rent in the United States, in a database that belongs to your company alone, with daily backups. The connection to the Service is encrypted (HTTPS).
Stripe (payments), the hosting provider (the machine the Service runs on), and the e-mail service used to send statements and notices you ask the Service to send. Each sees only what it needs for its task. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
You can export everything to Excel at any time, change or delete users, and cancel. After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days and then delete it, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.
